Once we know what the patterns are that hold you in place, we can find solutions to bring you to freedom.  

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Through accepting the struggles and thoughts that we cannot control, discovering our valued activities, and committing to pursuing those activities despite the struggles and thoughts, we can begin living a life of our chosen meaning through the hardship.

ERP

Exposure and Response Prevention is the gold-standard treatment for phobias, OCD, and can even help with PTSD. Through systematic and gradual exposure we can develop tolerance to your greatest fears so that you are no longer impacted by them.
